Our approach to delivering solutions to your organization comprises of four main stages:

Requirements
In this stage, we identify the key requirements to advance technology in your
organization. We work with you to understand your vision, mission, values, and
goals. We also conduct a thorough analysis of your current technology assets,
use-cases, and challenges. We listen to your users and learn about their
frustrations or pain points with existing systems. We then prioritize the
requirements based on their urgency, feasibility, and alignment with your strategic
objectives.

Concepts
In this stage, we use the information gathered from the requirements stage to
come up with some conceptual solutions that can address your needs. We
explore different options and scenarios, and evaluate their pros and cons. We
also create a project charter that defines the scope, objectives, deliverables,
timeline, and budget of the project. We present the concepts and the project
charter to you and solicit your feedback and approval.

Planning
In this stage, we prepare for the execution of the project. We match the project
with a team of volunteers who have the right skills and experience to deliver the
solutions. We also assign a project manager who will oversee the project and
communicate with you regularly. We then engage with you in detailed planning
around the delivery, including defining the roles and responsibilities, the work
breakdown structure, the risk management plan, the quality assurance plan, and
the communication plan.

Delivery
In this stage, we implement the solutions according to the agreed plan. Our team
of experts will work on your project under the guidance of Technowise
management and in collaboration with you and your stakeholders. We will follow
the best practices and standards of software development, testing, and
deployment. We will also monitor and control the project progress, quality, and risks, and report to you regularly. We will ensure that the solutions are delivered
on time, within budget, and meet your expectations.
